ProCare Team Member Spotlight: Keri Freer, OTR, Rehab Director at St. John's Place in Fordyce, Arkansas

Keri began her occupational therapy career in 2011 and started with ProCare in November of that same year. She returned to the bridge program at the University of Louisiana Monroe to obtain her Master's degree and graduated in 2015. Serving as the Rehab Director at St. John’s Place in Fordyce, Arkansas, Keri has been one of ProCare’s most tenured OTs for over 13 years.

Keri is an extraordinary leader, clinician, and team member. She was the inaugural recipient of the ProCare CARE Award, which recognized her exceptional embodiment of the ProCare spirit and culture through her positive attitude and willingness to better her team and facility.

Keri and her husband Matt have been married for 13 years and have two children, Luke and Anna. She and her family keep busy with activities from baseball, basketball, and fishing, to raising 4H animals (sheep, ducks, chickens, rabbits, they have a little bit of it all). In their spare time, when they are not at the ball field or taking care of animals, they enjoy beach vacations, lake days, and camping.

When asked about her experience with ProCare, Keri stated: “I absolutely love working for ProCare! They were very supportive in helping me continue my education in Occupational Therapy and become an OTR. Even though ProCare is a large company, I still feel like we are one big family." Keri continued to say: “I'm truly blessed to be a part of a work environment that supports me professionally and places family first."

ProCare is proud to have Keri on our team. She is a perfect example of why ProCare is not just another company, but a FAMILY!
